Valley Nights is a special program coordinated by a student committee in partnership with the Student Life Center. During the fall and winter semesters, fun and unique entertainment options are available for students through the FREE Thursday/Friday night movies and other weekend events scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays.
Showings every Thursday and 7:00pm and 10:00pm Friday 9:00pm. All movies will show in the Thompson Student Activities Room. Movies and popcorn are free.

Compete against your fellow students every other in the Student Center Rotunda. From 8:00-9:00pm compete to be the nights Fruit Ninja Master. Or compete from 9:00-10:00pm to be nights Dance Champ. Each Maser and Champ get an official winner T-Shirt.
To provide vibrant and fun late night weekend programs that create a sense of campus community, provide fun entertainment options on campus for the diverse SVSU community. Students who join the Valley Nights Committee gain programming and budgeting experience, leadership development, and a sense of team with other members of the committee. Membership is open to all SVSU students.
Valley Nights Committee of Saginaw Valley State University is looking for creative, hard working, motivated students who want to make an impact on SVSU’s community. Members have the opportunity to enhance leadership skills and help plan and conduct small to large events on and off campus. Meetings take place in the Conference Room which is located in the Student Life Center at 7:15 PM on Mondays.
